Is This You?

Is This You?

I already have a garden:

  • but me and my garden just met. Please help us skip meh and go straight to magnificent.

  • but who can keep up with this leafy chaos? Guuurl, I need a hand - or two.

  • but I’m not sure what to plant, when to plant it, or how to keep these fussy, green babies happy. Gimme those tips and tricks up your sleeve.

  • but I’m lost in the weeds. I need a spring awakening. Be my growing guide.

I don’t have a garden…YET

  • but I fantasize about it- daily. Show me how to dig in.

  • and I have all the questions - where, what, when, and how. Get me sprouted.

  • but both my budget and my schedule are tighter than skinny jeans on Thanksgiving. Show me how it’s possible.

  • and I suspect that the rumors are true - gardening is actual magic for my physical & mental health, my family, my community and the earth - but can I pull it off? Help me believe.

Hi! I’m Kristi

Hemingway-Weatherall

Introducing the Weather-it-All Tiny Farm’s mascot, Marcello McFeisty - providing heavy doses of enthusiasm and chaos all around.

And, our head hen, Portia . You might remember her from The Merchant of Venice by William Shakespeare. She’s exceptionally wise and doubles as my business advisor.

I started Thyme to Grow with the mission of planting 1,000 gardens. If I can do this before I die I feel like I will have made the world a better place - and isn’t that pretty much what we’re all trying to do?

I know (from LOTS of science, and personal experience) that gardens really do make the world better in so many ways.

Here’s how it started: In 2020 (you remember?) we set up a free farm stand and renamed our little suburban lot the Weather-it-All Tiny Farm (see what we did there?). This year the WTF had a baby named Thyme to Grow, so that we can go from “give a guy a carrot, and he has a snack,” TO “teach a man to grow carrots and he feeds his family, regulates his life, supports pollinators, fixes a broken food system...”

I’ve been gardening on the Denver front range for a LONG time and I’ve made pretty much all of the mistakes that can be made - so you don’t have to! Along the way I leaned in on the field of wisdom and earned certifications from Denver Urban Gardens, the Boulder Permaculture Institute, and Gardenary Inc. (Just so you know I’m not full of manure).

I want nothing more than to support you in your gardening journey. Why not book a call so we can talk about your hopes, questions and budding garden dreams.

No cost - no obligation.
